This modern-style MH range is designed with a flat roof and minimalist polished concrete façade along with floor-to-ceiling windows, unlike its counterpart in the rustic version with a gable roof and stone plinth.
This range of single-story prefabricated homes prioritizes functionality and open spaces, which can be expanded easily. They have an adequate size and distribution, from 80 to 120m², its maximum is cost reduction and construction time.

Can a basement be included in any of its versions?
Yes, optionally, before installing the home, a basement or semi-basement can be installed, respecting its aesthetics and adding that extra space to the same surface area of the ground floor.
If I want to add a porch, what dimensions should it be?
The normal thing is to add the porch the length of the façade and at least 3 meters deep so that it can house the outdoor furniture.
Do you need a Building License?
Yes. All homes will be built on urban or developable land. Houses are real estate and require a technical project and building permit to legalize it, even if this home is a second residence.
How much does the Building License for Model MH 100 cost?
The building permit is a percentage of the value of the home and can vary in each municipality. The normal thing is that it is between 2-4% of the Material Execution Budget of the Project. If you have questions, ask us about your case.
