Minimum requirements:
Required:
- Technical or higher education in Architecture or Engineering and training in occupational risk prevention, quality and the environment.
- Advanced training in occupational risk prevention.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position in quality control of materials and quality control in the execution of different construction elements, tests in the laboratory and on-site, sampling and mechanical, chemical and physical testing of materials.
- Driving license.
- General knowledge of quality control in the construction sector.
- General knowledge of quality control in the construction sector.
- Knowledge of standardization processes. Homologation. Certification.
- Knowledge of the legal framework of the construction process of works. The LOE Agents and responsibilities.
- Knowledge of quality brands and seals, Technical Suitability Documents (DIT), technical and regulatory criteria for the reception of materials.

Description:
Reporting to the Control Director, the selected profile will perform the following functions:
· Maintain the integrated quality and environmental management system.
· Implement the Occupational Risk Prevention Management System.
· Control and monitoring of quality plans and environmental requirements on site.
· Control, manage and maintain the processes of the Management System.
· Monitoring compliance with the corresponding PPIS, material reception sheets, management of non-conformities, etc.
· Document control of materials and receptions.
· Monitoring and participation in internal and external audits of the system and resolution of deviations and established improvement points.
· Preparation of documentation for audits according to standards.
· On-site control and inspection of works.
· Control and analysis of the construction project.
· Development of the project quality control program.
· Control of tightness and insulation.
· Quality control of flooring and coatings.
· Reception of construction materials.
· Request for certifications and approvals of products and construction elements.
· Collection of samples and performance of mechanical, chemical and physical tests on materials.
· Interpretation, assessment and management of test results.
· Manage product certification processes and the integrated management system, and coordinate and participate in audits.
· Conducting internal audits.
· Review and maintenance of environmental aspects and operational control.
· Implementation and maintenance of the CAE platform.
