An MH prefabricated house is based on the union of the MH System construction system together with the technology and quality control that allow the exterior and interior industrialization of the home. Once the elements are manufactured, they are transported and installed on site where they will be assembled and converted into a complete house.

Depending on the size and characteristics, the usual time would be between 3 and 8 months.

Modular Home prefabricated houses more than meet all the requirements set by the Technical Building Code (CTE). Furthermore, our prefabricated houses are made of concrete, the most stable and durable material, with high fire resistance, low maintenance, also adding excellent acoustic insulation. 

It is also added that Modular Home has the CE marking seals, TUV Seal and the Quality and Environmental Management seals according to the ISO 9001 and 14001 Standards.

At this point it is very important to highlight that concrete houses, since they have little maintenance and are made of a very firm and durable material, their useful life will be very long, hundreds of years. To build a prefabricated home, there are several steps and considerations that you must take into account.

List of things you need:

• Plot: You must have adequate and legally appropriate land for the construction of a home. This includes checking local regulations, zoning and permit requirements to make sure you can build a manufactured home on that land.
• Planning and Design: Decide the size, design and characteristics of the prefabricated home you want to build. You can choose from a variety of pre-designed MH models or design a custom home based on your needs and preferences.
• Budget: determines the total budget for construction. This includes the costs of the home itself, permits, earthworks, construction of the home, utilities and other related expenses.
• Choose Modular Home: Do your research and choose a reliable manufactured housing supplier. Modular Home is the manufacturer and installer of your construction system. Their experience and customer opinions are very different from the competition.
• Permit obtainment: You must obtain the Works License to begin the work, therefore you must present a basic project and execution to the town hall, pay fees and comply with the construction requirements in your area.
• Preparation of the Land: prepares the land where the home will be located. This may include excavating, grading, pouring concrete, cleaning it to get everything perfect for the beginning of the foundation.
• Transport and assembly: Modular Home will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of the prefabricated parts from the factory to the construction site, making the teams and professionals trained to assemble the home available to the work site.
• Construction: Modular Home has two quality memories: Essential and Única. In either of the two options, MH will execute the work according to the agreed contract and price.
• Finishes: You will have the opportunity to choose the finishes that will give a touch of personality to your home, taking into account your tastes and needs.
• Quality control: During the work, upon completion of its execution, quality controls and final inspections will be carried out to ensure that the home meets the appropriate quality standards and local codes and regulations.
• Occupation and Use: Once the home has passed all the inspections and is ready, you can obtain permission to occupy it and start living in it.
