One of the most rewarding phases of our work is when we are delivering homes, without a doubt it is the best of all. In Modular Home We are delivering homes almost every month of the year. The best thing about building homes every month of the year is getting images of all the seasons. We have images of sunny spring days, others of snowy winter days... The bad thing is that it is complicated due to our execution deadlines to have them from the same home. We are so fast that we don't go from one to the other. But on occasions like this home in Moralzarzal we have images with more or less snow, almost to everyone's liking.
Working in winter has its drawbacks, why deny it. But it is true that it serves to capture at least picturesque images. Apart from them, it is very gratifying, whether summer or winter, to hand over their home to one of the families who have put the construction of their home in our hands. It demands a great responsibility from us, but it more than compensates for all the effort to know that it will fulfill its main objective. On this occasion a magnificent design home.
We finish the year and start it the same
In 2016 we ended up delivering homes and this 2017 we started the same. Some in the province of Salamanca, others in Madrid. Also in Cantabria. Aranda de Duero has also been another of the locations of our latest home deliveries. It is another of the "charms" of working throughout Spain.
