A luxury prefabricated house

manufactured housing installed in Marbella, Malaga, a tourist and emblematic place, with a modern and solid design that harmonizes with the environment and the exterior of its plot.

Elena and Tomás, our owners, love the Marbella atmosphere, enjoy the house on the outside and this was reflected in its construction. A project that was initially considered as traditional construction, later adapted to industrialized construction.

A traditional construction project that was executed with an industrialized system

The execution of the home was carried out through our MH System al construction system offer multiple advantages. Some of the most significant are the price and time savings, energy efficiency, which directly means a savings in consumption, a modern aesthetic with the possibility of complete customization of the home.

Within the usual difficulties, our engineers effectively adapted the project and broke it down using the Standardized Personalization, which allowed the house to be manufactured using self-supporting concrete panels that were later transferred to Marbella. The house has two floors with basement for greater use of space and versatility. Decorated by its owner who, with her good aesthetic sense, dressed the home inside.
