Prefabricated house in El Espinar, Segovia

This completely custom modular home has been designed and built for a family of four J, M and their two children. They wanted a place to rest on the weekends, leave Madrid in search of tranquility and spend time with their family. The House It was designed with our MH System construction system for its efficiency, aesthetics and the possibility of being able to adapt to the demanding aesthetic regulations. y urban planning of El Espinar in Segovia, a beautiful town where we had to preserve the rustic essence of the façade and integrate it into a modern design housing style.

The client's needs, in addition to having large spaces in each room, were clear and, being a second residence, the objective was to meet the comforts and expectations as if it were a first home.

The aesthetics of the façade had to be natural stone and slate integrated with the oxidation of some concrete panels was chosen. that they gave and personality, making it unique. The design was proposed by the clients who practically had the entire idea developed, such as good engineers What are they. The project proposed together with Modular Home was complemented with the optimization of our construction system and choice of materials since the execution flowed naturally.


Inside, a polished concrete floor was chosen that, together with the wood in some vertical panels, gave warmth and a greater sense of nature to this home with a clearly brutalist aesthetic sense. Full of details and with an excellent final result.
