This single-family home located in the well-known Montegancedo urbanization in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, It was built in the middle of the COVID pandemic when we all valued having an independent house with a garden so much. Its location was very important, because we all like to live near the big city but surrounded by nature and with less hustle and bustle.

Our clients Sergio and Aida chose Modular Home for its infallible construction system, for the short delivery time, but also for its versatility and possibilities in the creation of independent spaces that can be extended throughout the useful life of the home.

The house was designed by architect Beto Blasco. It is divided into three floors and a basement where the gray exposed concrete walls stand out with a modern aesthetic, an excellent interior distribution and the taking advantage of every last square meter in the buildable area of the plot.

Sergio, an American businessman, knew how make the entire investment profitable of its prefabricated house and was proposed under the Modular Return concept. The home shares common spaces and each floor is identified as an independent apartment in order to be rented as living spaces. Each independent apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room, sharing another living room and kitchen on the ground floor. Access, enjoyment of the plot, schedules and rules of the house are established according to internal statutes that all inhabitants respect without problem. Sergio tells us that he had to select his tenants through interviews due to the avalanche of applications to live there.

The purity in the concrete façade of this home, with independent stairs in each area in addition to the outdoor spaces such as a solarium, barbecue area, garden and pool gave the final touch, uA perfect combination between comfort and service.
