Prefabricated House in Los Satélites - Majadahonda

This Custom prefabricated house built in Majadahonda is an example of a design conceived for traditional construction and that both the architect and our clients did not hesitate to execute it using our prefabricated MH System® based on concrete panels without giving up the façade aesthetics initially designed by Estudio 3 Arquitectos.

Once the well-known FR and K gave the OK to Modular Home, our Technical Department began to calculate the structure and confirmed the different materials chosen so that the customization was as initially planned. Our construction system is very flexible and allows both choosing materials outside the sample book and adding any customization to the client's taste.

The distribution of modular housing in 3 floors consisting of a semi-basement for garage and facilities and two floors of housing, make it a large house on a medium-sized plot of 762m². The use of the plot by building a lower basement has provided the house with a large space to store several vehicles without any problem. In addition, the installation of a swimming pool in the garden makes it a house with all the desirable services.

The project for this house pays tribute to the details. A priori designed for traditional construction, Modular Home adapted the construction system to MH System and as a result created a truly special house. The double-height spaces, gaps and overhangs that create visual spaces through the combination of different finishes on its stone and ceramic façade were preserved, elements such as doors and windows contrast with the black frames. A balanced, groundbreaking and modern design.

This home, built in the Los Satélites development in Majadahonda, is spread over two floors and a basement, complete with a garden and a private pool. It also features several terraces, porches, and a pergola, so every corner has its own unique feel.
