Once we had overcome the first problem, choosing a good plot, we began to work together with the architect Alberto Blasco Lafón, with a very marked aesthetic and functional sense in all their projects. The house is planned on two floors for three inhabitants. The idea of ​​having large, well-organized spaces would be the fundamental premises. Regardless of adapting it to the requirements of the regulations of the installation site and the good taste of our clients, every last detail was taken care of for its impressive final result.

A home with a large double-height living room, a suspended fireplace that crowns the space, a kitchen linked to the living room but independent. From the living room you can access the outside through large shared porches, accompanied by wonderful views. On the ground floor there are 3 independent bedrooms with 3 bathrooms included, which with the underground basement floor facilitates various activities or for guest accommodation. The lower floor of the house is completed with a garage and storage room, without a doubt a completely custom-made house.
