Mediterranean style home in Elche, Alicante

Housing designed entirely by the client, that is precisely what it means to build a Signature House with Modular Home. The client himself is the one who designs his perfect house.

Carlo is from Madrid and although he lived in Alicante he was still closely linked to the Las Rozas Industriales Rugby Team, a team that Modular Home has sponsored for years. Carlo and Silvia had a perfect plot for which they had previously studied the regulations. The architect only had to transcribe the project idea to the regulations and administrative management.

They had a clear concept and a refined architectural sense, which, together with aesthetics, were the ideal ingredients to build your home with Modular Home. Added to this was a good relationship between salesperson and client that gave him the confidence to undertake such an important project.

Concrete walls combined with local stone

The house was designed in a single floor with custom-made rooms of the family, a couple with their baby, who today is a child full of vitality who grows in spaces completely adapted to his age, a large children's room, play spaces and a large outdoor space with a swimming pool.

This house is designed for integrate into the environment from the Alicante coast, where you can breathe all the best of the Mediterranean, which is why the landscaping of the plot was designed in pure Mediterranean style, including the local stone in the concrete facades mixed with the purity of white concrete.
