Brutalist Design on One Floor

The distribution in a plant through modules is the main feature of this Author's House. The first module consists of a 26,50m² bedroom suite with a private bathroom and dressing room. In the next module there are two 12m² bedrooms and a shared bathroom. Next to this module is a full bathroom that borders the living-dining-kitchen, a hallway and the last module where the garage is located. El Garage access is also connected to the house through the lobby, facilitating its transit in winter or summer without having to go outside.

Accessibility and views of the Sierra de Madrid

La adaptability and accessibility of this Signature House turns it into a comfortable space, where People with reduced capacity, children or the elderly can be moved, without setbacks or obstacles. Highlights include its large double-height living-dining room and the kitchen that follows it.

On the outside, the unevenness of the land meant that the pool was built as an infinity pool with all the comforts and access for the best enjoyment thanks to the personalized services of the Author Houses.
