Custom designed house on one floor

This comfortable and personalized prefabricated home was built just 5 minutes from Salamanca, in a town called Villamayor, where you can breathe tranquility and peace with all the services of the capital of Salamanca. Our clients with a veterinary clinic in the city are animal lovers and wanted to have a home that could include them in their daily lives with total comfort. 

La house is distributed on one floor, and integrates the harmonization of the spaces in a natural way, the first visual piece on the left would be formed by the master bedroom with integrated bathroom and dressing room, second block of living room - dining room with fireplace, separate kitchen, two bedrooms and guest bathroom and third module garage, storage room and dog area. 

The façade of the house in two-tone concrete, white and Corten steel is one of the peculiarities of this project along with the enclosure of the plot where we printed, in the mass concrete, the name of the house Miahouse and the cat's footprint, it is impossible not recognize it. 

Miahouse, a house full of charm and personality

We can consider the Miahouse house an author house, since A&J were very clear about the concept and most importantly, that dogs and cats should coexist with them with space and peace for everyone. This was really the objective of building the house, to change an apartment in the city to live in a custom-made house with the details and comforts that made them happy. 

In winter, with how cold it is in Salamanca, what you want is to be warm at home with underfloor heating and a fireplace in the living room, a real luxury. In summer enjoy the porch, the pool and the animals in freedom. A house to live in 365 days a year adapted to a real way of life.
