Design Prefabricated Housing in the heart of nature

This custom designed modular house It was built for very special clients, lovers of nature and animals.

The excitement that Coral had in this house was overwhelming. A project of person and life. The house had to have everything her family wanted. 

The project took into account the integration of spaces and comfort. For this, great prominence was given to the ground floor where the double-height living-dining room is located, completely joined to the kitchen and access to the pantry, master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom and secondary bedroom with bathroom. Everything necessary for this family of three would be solved. However, given the familiarity and thinking that her daughter would need a more independent space when she was older, a mezzanine was created with views of the double height and the landscape that includes a bright office, another bedroom and additional bathroom. 

In the double-height living room, the large windows, the spaciousness of the spaces and the flown concrete stairs that go up to the upper floor stand out. In addition, the outdoor area has a wonderful pergola, turning the outdoor space into a multipurpose area.

Our clients' love for nature was evident in the project.

On one hand the energy efficiency of modular house With the installation of underfloor heating with an aerothermal system together with the PVC carpentry and our unmistakable insulation, they made the house a continuous savings system.

Furthermore, sustainability taken in terms of respect for the environment along with the coexistence of their dogs did not leave the architect Gerardo Marcos indifferent, who devised an area so that they would have comfort and at the same time could be in the countryside in complete freedom.

The plot was left in its purest state to enjoy nature in a modern design house that integrates perfectly.  

A balanced, comfortable and very well distributed home.
