Prefabricated House in Las Rozas de Madrid

After thinking about it and getting to know Modular Home, our clients S and O considered Tear down your current house and build a prefabricated modular home to minimize construction times. The house was planned from the first moment as a custom house because having already lived on that land, they had imagined a thousand times what they would like to do one day and they were finally able to do it.

The architect David Lorenzo designed this house project. Although the prefabricated concrete pool at first had to be in an area more separated from the house, according to the local regulations, at a structural level we proposed to the City Council that the structures of the house and pool would work better attached, given the unevenness of the land. The reasons shown convinced the municipal technicians and they gave us the go-ahead.. 

LThe house was designed on two floors, On the ground floor are the rooms for daily use, a double-height living room and master bedroom with views of the pool connected by a south-facing porch. Separate kitchen with access to the northern area of ​​the house, guest toilet and garage as a whim of our 50m² client. On the first floor there is a secondary bedroom, study and guest bathroom. The exterior was conditioned by enabling concrete access for both pedestrians and vehicles using striped concrete.
