Design prefabricated house in Jaraíz de la Vera, Cáceres

Our dear L and M needed a new house to go live near the family in Jaraíz de la Vera, practically the most important town in the Verata area, in Cáceres. A place where they can offer their children the best education and activities, with an excellent quality of life. Also a place near their businesses where they can attend to all the open fronts of this endearing and entrepreneurial couple. 

His intention was always optimize your home project in time and costs, for this reason they chose Modular Home to design and build the Essential Range of the home, so that we executed the entire structural part in record time. Practically In 2 weeks We had a foundation, concrete panels on both floors and roof panels assembled!! And our arrival in the town was a revolution in those years (2014).

They did not have much time since their network of restaurants kept them very busy, so as good businessmen they were very clear that the It would come from the hands of specialist companies. In fact, the final finishes were carried out with companies in the area, people they trusted and whom they wanted to thank for different reasons by giving them the different parts of the work. 

It was L and M who were in charge of managing the finishes on their own, exterior carpentry, partitions, installers and interior carpentry, and the truth is that everything went as planned.  Gama Essential gave them the opportunity to advance the work and also support the business community of Jaraiz de la Vera and surrounding areas.
