Functionality made Housing

The Dalí House fit perfectly with M and J's way of life. So, Why design another home, if the Dalí model had everything?
This family, which was about to grow, wanted to live in the town of Guadarrama and after searching many options they found a plot of land very well located in the Madrid town.

They needed a house on two floors, functional, versatile, comfortable and with a modern aesthetic.

With an open and spacious ground floor, where the living room was the protagonist and an upper floor with the sleeping area organized and functional. The description literal of the Dalí model of Modular Home.

Customization of the Dalí model

Most of the MH families, either because of the plots or because of their way of life and tastes, put their personal touch to the project . And this is what M and J did, to which they added an 8 x 4m concrete pool with salt chlorinator, the installation of the concrete exterior enclosure next to the pedestrian and vehicle doors and the customization of the home's lighting. All this to achieve a dream, a place to be happy.
