Modular housing in Griñón with sloping walls

This prefabricated designer house installed by MODULAR HOME just a few km from Madrid was custom designed for our clients P and C. They wanted to welcome their future daughter in the best of surroundings and for this they decided to move from Fuenlabrada to the quiet town of Griñón, province of Madrid.

From the point of view of the project, they started from some architectural ideas that finally came together in this original and groundbreaking design adapted to the plot and designed by the architect proposed by Modular Home, David Lorenzo. Our clients were clear that they did not want a traditional home, much less an ordinary one, that is why we incorporated into the design those things that finally gave uniqueness to the project: double height living room, volume and inclined walls on the façade with the generation of terraces and overhangs. all this without forgetting the comfort and energy efficiency of the house.

Gray Work Construction - Essential by MODULAR HOME

Choosing Gama Essential for the rough construction was the solution for P and C because, as the family is involved in home construction, they wanted to finish the house on their own, but knowing that the bulk of the work: foundation, concrete structure and roof would be quick and efficient. They also knew that the phase 2 of work, our support and help was unconditional. 

Everything went according to plan, The walls were made of white concrete., so that the façade no longer had to be touched, painted or absolutely anything. Once the assembly of the basement, ground floor, first floor and roof was completed, they proceeded on their own with the finishes and with the help of the construction manager attentive to the reviews of each milestone.
