This custom-designed modular home is a clear example of customization in our homes. 

In one of the most beautiful towns in the mountains of Madrid, in Becerril de la Sierra, is this house with own personality and full of details.

Its two-story architecture favors the views of this impressive place. Each space was thought out and measured. Each window represents a natural painting with the best views and the natural environment welcomes its architecture and embraces a modern feeling of this wonderful natural environment in Becerril.

Our construction system based on self-supporting concrete panels behaves like a soft and neat canvas that gives the home the purity and design that was sought, creating an artistic tension that stands out over all the surrounding homes, introducing a dynamic style. and modern.

The conservation of a well on the plot.

This beautiful plot had characteristics that limited the architecture of the house, a line that should not be crossed due to urban classification issues and another important one, an old well that we wanted to preserve. Architect and clients got to work to study the best version without exceeding the initial costs: a task that requires work and optimization in every sense, something very palpable in the Modular Home genetics.
