A large patio generated by cantilevers

This custom modular housing project was made for a family of 5 members, although it was really designed to be enjoyed as a family. The prefabricated concrete house is identified by its modern aesthetics, the play of volumes between the ground and second floors and the generation of an outdoor patio area was one of the strong points provided by CODA Arquitectura.

The house is distributed over two floors, although what stands out most is the game of volumes and exterior walls that were strategically placed to form a patio, which functions as a connection point for the entire ground floor, interior and exterior. 

 This custom home is an example of a modern and very functional home customization. 

Spaciousness, Comfort and Efficiency

The design of the house focused on the spaciousness, comfort and efficiency. On the ground floor, an L-shaped distribution was proposed, which allowed a service bedroom in one wing and the master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom in the opposite wing, both connected to the common areas, living room - dining room and kitchen whose entrance is possible. do it from the patio or from the living room. Everything was designed for comfort, even the garage connected to the pantry room and in turn to the kitchen to unload purchases. On the upper floor there are three large bedrooms with private bathrooms for children and a large games room to enjoy with friends. 

The efficiency part was solved with the MH System  and the great insulation in the envelope of the walls as well as in partitions interiors and exterior carpentry in addition to the installation of an aerothermal air conditioning system with underfloor heating – refreshing.
