Responsibilities

• Preparation of packaging of items and comparative tables.
• Monitoring of the offer until its execution.
• Maintenance of supplier and industrial catalogues/price lists, together with the Technical Department.
• Accompany with the Manager the negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors related to the files, and in turn looking for global agreements that benefit the company.
• Plan and coordinate with the construction team, the purchasing plan according to company policy.
• Accompany the manager in the negotiations of strategic purchases.
• Propose improvements to management in procedures, areas of optimizing resources and increasing quality of services.
• Negotiate and obtain the best conditions for contracting products/services in accordance with technical, quality, economic and execution terms, relying on the project managers.

Requirements

• Minimum FPII studies in Building or similar or Technical Architecture.
• With good communication and negotiation skills.
• Administrative knowledge, SAP and mastery of the Office package will be valued.
• Minimum 3 years experience as a purchasing technician.
• Knowledge of Tools will be valued: AutoCAD, Presto, SAP, Office.
  Office 365 user level.

• Resident in the Community of Madrid and availability to travel to carry out works in the region and surrounding areas.
• Availability of immediate incorporation.
• Social skills to interact with interest groups, manage teams, resolve conflicts and coordinate work on site.
• Knowledge in masonry, plumbing, electricity and construction installations.
• Recommended: Office 365 user level.

The main functions of the position will be:

• Ensure compliance with ORP regulations on site.
• Comply with and enforce MH guidelines regarding prevention and quality.
• Enforce the assignments of the work team coordinator.
• Generate monthly report of activities and resources used.
• Provide sufficient information, tools and guidelines to work teams.
• Ensure that work is done with safety, professionalism, quality and respect at all times.
• Knowledge of waste management and the manual of good environmental practices.

• Building Technician or Engineer.
• More than 3 years of experience as a construction Project Manager with high quality projects.
• Resident in the Burgos area and availability to travel to carry out the works in Castilla y León, La Rioja, Navarra, the Basque Country, Cantabria, Asturias and Galicia.
• Availability of immediate incorporation.
• Social skills to interact with interest groups.
• Office 365 user level.

The main functions of the position will be:

• Ensure compliance with the budget, deadlines, quality and safety of execution of the works under your responsibility.
• Control and technical-economic optimization of works.
• Control and coordinate the work carried out through own and subcontracted means.
• Carrying out layouts for the implementation of single-family homes, personnel control.
• Ensure and coordinate the material and human resources for the correct execution of the works.
• Supervise the execution of work, installation engineering and technical incidents.
• Monitoring of the construction process, monitoring compliance with safety regulations.
• Security and health.
  Assume the dialogue with the client and attend to their requirements.
• Monitor the work, managing progress control, economic control, provision of material and human resources and collaboration with the company departments involved in the project.
• Knowledge of waste management and the manual of good environmental practices.
