Modular Home was born in 2004 and launched an ambitious building project, which some time later was awarded by the CDTI (Center for Industrial Technological Development), which granted recognition for the contribution of MH System as an innovative construction system.

Modular Home is a leading company in the modular housing market, aware of our leadership and thanks to our knowledge and disruptive vision, we have improved construction nationwide.

Projects in which we participate
In the last two years we have made great progress in researching products and techniques of bioconstruction focused towards energy efficiency, quality control, balanced design, process traceability and use of non-polluting materials. We are currently immersed in several research programs to increase prefabrication in low-energy housing, similar to passive houses, thanks to the excellent thermal insulation, watertightness of our star material, concrete, and new sustainable materials.

CDTI Project
Development of a new biocomposite construction material from industrial hemp waste and geopolymeric matrix, for the manufacture of innovative modular construction products.
This project has been co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) with the objective of promoting technological development, innovation and quality research.
Project MarginUp!
It seeks to promote climate-resistant crops and promote biodiversity on marginal lands, generating economic and environmental benefits in Extremadura. The project extends to five EU regions, ensuring its replicability in rural communities and promoting sustainable development.
In Spain, Modular Home leads the production of hemp fibers for construction panels in collaboration with various entities.
PIT project
The main purpose is to develop research that leads to obtaining new alternative construction materials, lighter than traditional ones, with characteristics applicable to the different components of modular homes with products manufactured from waste from industrial hemp production.
