A few days ago we started the construction of some row houses in Arganda del Rey. This is its own housing promotion. How we carry out the construction
The first home that should serve as a pilot home is taking shape. The deadlines are being met despite the fact that we have had a few days in which the weather has not respected us much. It is one of the issues that have always held back traditional construction. But our construction system has an advantage over that. It is not in vain that we bring the housing parts assembled from the factory. In such a way that on site we proceed to their assembly. Rowhouse Program
These ten row houses that we promote have a program made up of three floors. A semi-basement where we find the garage, ground floor with living and service areas, and a first floor with living rooms. We are going to break down the different rooms and surfaces of each of these floors.
Semi-ground plant
The semi-basement floor has a constructed area of seventy-three square meters. With parking for two vehicles. A toilet of two square meters and an area reserved for housing facilities of just over four square meters.
Low level
The ground floor is made up of two different areas. A rest area with a bedroom. A twelve-bedroom with seventy-five square meters. On this floor we also find a first bathroom, measuring three and sixty-five square meters. And the living-dining-kitchen area, with thirty-six square meters. From the ground floor there is access to a rear patio of forty-five square meters. The constructed area of this plant is seventy-four and twenty square meters.
First floor
With a constructed area of fifty-nine and seventy square meters. We find two bedrooms. The first of thirteen and thirty square meters. A second with nineteen and twenty square meters, this has a dressing room. And the full bathroom of four with ninety square meters.
Arganda del Rey
22 kilometers from Madrid we find the municipality of Arganda del Rey, belonging to the Community of Madrid. With just over fifty-five thousand inhabitants. The natural routes connecting with the capital are the A-3 Valencia highway and the R-3 toll highway. At the same time, metro line 9 with two stops within the municipality is part of the area's public transportation. The name of the natives of this municipality is Argandeños.
